At Casopra, we want you to love your art. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Simply contact us at contact@casopra.com to start the process. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
