Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

We process orders quickly to get your art to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately atcontact@casopra.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the production phase.

To make your choice easier, we offer each artwork in our three most popular sizes, which you can see on the product page. If you require a specific or custom size not listed, please feel free to contact us atcontact@casopra.comand we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We strive to display the colors of our artwork as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and settings.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-dayreturn policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within30 daysof receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please email us atcontact@casopra.comwith your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

We take great care in packaging our art, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.
