1. Scope of These Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases made through Casopra's online store and form part of the agreement between you and Casopra when you place an order. They are intended to work together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Delivery & Returns page.
If there is a conflict between these Terms of Purchase and a more specific Casopra policy, the more specific policy will control only for the subject matter it addresses. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Purchase and the Terms of Service regarding the purchase of a product, these Terms of Purchase will control for the purchase-related matter.
2. Products and Made-to-Order Production
Casopra sells curated wall art and related products. Many products are made to order and are produced only after the order is placed. Made-to-order production helps reduce unnecessary inventory, but it also means that production may begin shortly after payment and that cancellations or changes may not always be possible.
The fact that a product is made to order does not remove customer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. However, you agree that made-to-order products may be subject to special rules regarding cancellation, return instructions, replacement, inspection and refund eligibility as described in our posted policies.
3. Availability
All products, product variations, sizes, prices, promotions and delivery options are subject to availability. We may modify, discontinue or limit products without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the unavailable item, or contact you to offer an alternative where appropriate.
We may limit sales by person, household, account, payment method, shipping address, billing address, geographic region or jurisdiction where we believe such limitation is necessary to protect Casopra, customers, service providers, inventory integrity, fraud prevention or compliance.
4. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. Casopra may accept or decline the order at its discretion. An order confirmation or automated message does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted if there is an error, availability issue, suspected fraud, payment problem, address issue, pricing error or other issue.
We may request additional information to verify your order. If we cannot verify the order or if payment is not authorized, we may cancel the order. If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will refund the amount captured for the cancelled portion to the original payment method, subject to processing times from payment providers.
5. Prices, Taxes and Currency
You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including product price, shipping, handling, applicable taxes and any other charges displayed before payment. Prices may be displayed in a selected currency depending on Shopify Markets, payment provider settings, location, browser settings or customer selections. Currency conversion, rounding and payment provider processing may affect the final amount charged.
Unless expressly stated, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local taxes or similar charges that may be imposed by authorities or carriers for international orders. You are responsible for such charges unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method, that the billing information is accurate, and that you authorize Casopra and its payment processors to charge the total amount due.
If your payment is declined, reversed, charged back or flagged for fraud review, we may cancel, hold, suspend or delay the order. You remain responsible for any amounts lawfully owed for orders placed through the Services.
7. Production and Fulfillment
After payment and order acceptance, your order may be sent to production and fulfillment partners. Production time is the time required to create, print, finish, package and prepare the product for shipment. Production time is separate from carrier shipping time.
Production may occur in one or more locations depending on product type, destination, production capacity and provider network availability. We may use third-party providers for production, fulfillment, shipping, tracking and related services. These providers act in support of Casopra's order fulfillment process, but your customer relationship remains with Casopra.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, submitted to production or begun fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or change it. This includes changes to size, product, artwork, quantity, shipping address, shipping method or billing details.
If you need to request a cancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible at contact@casopra.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we do not guarantee that changes can be made after submission. If an order is already in production, in fulfillment or in transit, cancellation may be unavailable.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Estimated delivery dates may include fulfillment time and shipping time. Delivery may vary based on product type, production location, destination country, order size, selected shipping method, carrier network status, customs processing and special circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, network disruptions or events outside our control. Tracking information, when available, will be provided by email or through the order tracking tools available to us.
10. Incorrect Address, Refused Orders and Returned to Sender
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to sender, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable or disposed of because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, failure to collect the package, refusal by the recipient or a similar customer-side issue, the customer may be responsible for the cost of replacement production, reshipping and any related charges.
If a returned-to-sender issue occurs, contact us promptly. We will evaluate the situation and provide available options. In some cases, a new order may be required, and the customer may be responsible for shipping charges or product replacement costs depending on the reason for the return.
11. Lost Packages
If you believe an order is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We may ask you to confirm that the shipping address was correct, that you contacted the local carrier or post office, that the tracking does not show delivery, and that several working days have passed since the estimated delivery date.
If the carrier confirms a package was lost or if we can reasonably determine that the package was lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. If tracking shows the order was delivered to the address provided, we may be unable to verify non-delivery or provide a free replacement, but we will review the situation in good faith.
12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@casopra.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the product, photos of the packaging and any other information we request.
If the issue is validated, we may offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution. Damage caused by customer handling, improper installation, misuse, normal wear, environmental conditions, or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer may not qualify for a free replacement or refund.
13. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Delivery & Returns page. Casopra offers a 30-day return request window after receipt for eligible items, subject to inspection and approval. Items must be unused, in the same condition received and in original packaging unless the return relates to a verified defect, damage or incorrect item.
Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Items sent without prior return approval may not be accepted. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return or otherwise approve the refund. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.
14. Color and Print Variation
You acknowledge that digital previews, mockups and product images are representations only. Printed artwork may vary slightly from screen previews because of display settings, lighting, production process, print materials, machine settings, humidity, color profiles and other physical factors.
Minor color or print variations that are within normal production tolerances are not automatically considered defects. If you believe a product has a significant quality issue, contact us with photos and we will evaluate the claim.
15. Promotions, Discounts and Gift Cards
Promotions, discounts, discount codes, bundles and special offers may be subject to separate conditions, expiration dates, exclusions and limitations. We may modify or cancel promotions where permitted by law. Promotional terms apply only to the promotion described and do not modify these Terms of Purchase unless expressly stated.
Gift cards, store credits or promotional credits, if offered, may be subject to additional terms displayed at the time of purchase or issuance. Unless required by law, promotional credits may not be redeemable for cash.
16. Export, Customs and International Compliance
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable export, import, customs and local laws in connection with any purchase. We may refuse or cancel orders where fulfillment is prohibited, impractical or restricted by law, carrier rules, sanctions, payment processor rules or provider limitations.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and local charges may apply. Such charges are the customer's responsibility unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
17. Privacy
Casopra's personal information practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that order, payment, shipping, fulfillment, customer support and return information may be processed by Casopra, Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, carriers and other service providers as needed to process and fulfill your purchase.
18. Changes to These Terms of Purchase
Casopra may update these Terms of Purchase from time to time by posting an updated version on the website. The version in effect at the time of your purchase generally applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
